Nimmo & Partners proposed a radical new approach to the design of the Entrance Level, with flexible teaching, meeting and learning spaces, a Quiet Study Area, large revolving entrance door, and clear access to other floor levels. We also iniated the re-use of Level 1 to provide more high quality individual study spaces, connecting this floor to the entrance level with an atrium and linking staircase. 

 

The new space has been warmly embraced by students and staff.
