Nimmo & Partners designed and obtained Planning Consent for an entirely new Country House of 8,000 sq ft. The traditional design was adopted at the Client’s request, and also to fit into the context of a rural site in a predominantly agricultural area. This grouping of buildings adopted details found in older buildings locally and was designed to allow easy organic addition.
